“I walked in without an appointment, feeling a bit confused and out of place as four people looked at me without acknowledging me. Just as I was about to leave, a young woman named Christina walked in with a customer and immediately greeted me. She kindly asked if I had been helped, and when I said no, she let me know she was wrapping up a tour and would assist me next. In the meantime, she offered me water and popcorn which was such a thoughtful touch. Honestly, I was ready to walk out, but Christina completely changed the experience for me. While availability at the property was limited, the apartments were beautiful, and the entire property was well-maintained. Christina was informative, funny, and remembered every detail I mentioned was important to me. She never pressured me to lease, which made me feel confident and comfortable when I decided to apply. She truly should be the first face people see when they walk in—warm, welcoming, and professional. I give this place 10 stars 5 for the property and 5 for Christina.”
