Cats and dogs are welcome (no other pets). Maximum 2 pets per unit. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Non‑refundable pet fee: $200 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $200 per pet. No weight limit, but breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull and mixes, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Akita). Certified service dogs allowed; reasonable accommodations considered case‑by‑case.
